Founded in Paris in 1912 by Pierre Cessot, a manufacturer of lightweight tubes and profiles, CESSOT SAS relocated to Nogent-le-Rotrou in Eure-et-Loir in 1949. In 1991, due to the diversification of its activities, the company founded CESSOT D\u00c9CORATION<\/strong> to specialize in window treatments<\/strong> for professionals<\/strong>. In 2014, the company opened a corner at BHV in the Marais district of Paris to expand its offerings, followed by an e-commerce site in 2017.
