From its creation, at the end of the 1970s, SOTOMOB<\/strong>, based in Aubigny-sur-N\u00e8re in France, specializes in the manufacture of furniture, fittings and furnishing elements and POS advertising <\/strong>with an emphasis on professionals, such as retail brands, fitters, offices, libraries, receptions or communities. Thanks to its 5,000-m2<\/sup> site, the subcontracting <\/strong>factory offers customers layouts in solid softwood (spruce), medium density fiberboard or particle board <\/strong>(fine wood veneers, melamine or laminates).\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SOTOMOB <\/strong>also offers customers a storage service <\/strong>buffer on a 2,000-m2<\/sup> surface and complete delivery management.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

From mass production <\/strong>all the wayup to unit parts<\/strong>, SOTOMOB <\/strong>places its factory and design office at the service of professional clients<\/strong>, such as fitters, interior architects, designers, carpentry companies, office or store designers, retail brands and local authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SOTOMOB <\/strong>has a fleet of around 20<\/strong> machines <\/strong>for the machining<\/strong>, an assembly workshop<\/strong>, a finishing workshop <\/strong>of 900 m\u00b2 and an area dedicated to logistics <\/strong>(storage, packaging, order preparation, shipping).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company offers solutions from the study phase<\/strong>, thanks to its in-house design office, up to the shipping phase<\/strong>, passing through the cutting<\/strong>, plating<\/strong>, machining<\/strong>, finishing <\/strong>(varnish and tint workshop) and assembly\/pre-assembly operations <\/strong>in the workshop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To meet the additional demands of its customers, the teams take charge of the integration of shop windows<\/strong>, a locksmith <\/strong>and lighting <\/strong>to deliver finished products.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The design office <\/strong>is made up of experienced woodworking professionals who use 3D modeling software<\/strong> (Topsolid) for furniture to create views with realistic renderings <\/strong>to help validate project plans. The design office technicians produce the manufacturing plans <\/strong>which are then used to launch production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SOTOMOB <\/strong>carries out complex machining operations thanks to three<\/strong> machining centers<\/strong>: Edge banding<\/strong> \u2013 Multi-material assembly, mounting and integration<\/strong> (metal, glass, display cases, mirrors, hardware, lighting and electrical systems) \u2013 Finishing workshop <\/strong>with a wide choice of varnish types (matte\/glossy or frosted finishes or rubber appearance, applied to all surfaces (lacquered, raw or fine woods)). The finishing workshop works with a color chart but is able to match any type of sample: melamine, lacquer, ink or any other material.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
