Founded in 2000 in Nogent-le-Rotrou (28), C. M\u00c9TAL<\/strong> specializes in the manufacture of fine sheet metal and locksmithing parts, from one-offs to small and medium production runs<\/strong>. Thanks to a team of over 20 people, the company offers customized designs, drawn up by designers and produced by specialized technicians and operators.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

C. M\u00c9TAL<\/strong> carries out a wide range of projects involving various processes, such as laser cutting of sheet metal and tubes, bending, profile working<\/strong>, MIG, MAG and TIG welding<\/strong>, grinding and sanding of welds. It uses state-of-the-art equipment, including a CNC punching machine, a laser cutting machine for sheet metal, a CNC bending machine, rolling machine, shearing machine and deburring machine.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

More recently, a new, complementary area of activity has been added, incorporating a vertical numerical machining center, CN3 lathe, metrology bench and 3D control equipment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The metals used are stainless steel, aluminum and epoxy steel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A unique integration service<\/strong> is offered to integrate mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
