Drawing on its many years of expertise in woodworking, TRANSFORM has diversified to offer its expertise in multi-material furniture fittings for public and private sector markets.

The Company

Founded in 2009, TRANSFORM quickly positioned itself as a furniture fitter. As a result of its success, the company relocated to Brignais, near Lyon, in 2012.

Originally a wood specialist, the company has retained perfect mastery and a particular appreciation for projects that challenge its woodworking skills. Over time, its know-how has expanded to include the use of multiple materials. TRANSFORM relies on its in-house production workshop, ensuring responsiveness and adaptability for custom-made orders. Thanks to a comprehensive offer, the company caters to both public and private markets.

Know-how

TRANSFORM provides expertise from development to the production of custom-made furniture, whether single items or small and medium series. It defines itself as an “industrial artisan,” employing 26 staff with highly complementary skills.

Combining technical expertise and loyalty to the architect’s design, the design office ensures attention to detail and excellence in finishings. Leveraging the latest advances in machining and manufacturing, TRANSFORM uses 3D CAD software tailored to the woodworking and fitting trades. These tools are interfaced with production machinery. This CAD/CAM process (Computer-Aided Design and Manufacturing) ensures optimization and reliability of machining operations starting from the execution plan phase.

Its 2,000-m² workshop is equipped with traditional tools that perpetuate its unique know-how, as well as state-of-the-art machinery. TRANSFORM benefits from constant technical monitoring of materials, processes and product innovations.

TRANSFORM manufactures and assembles complex, multi-material products, which sometimes become veritable architectural objects for its customers. In addition to works that challenge their wood-related skills, they use other materials such as glass, steel, stone or composite materials. They have also honed their skills in electrical integration and multi-material assembly, offering comprehensive solutions that also involve partner workshops with rare or highly specific expertise (leather sheathing, mirror work, locksmithing, etc.). These are high-quality creations from the most prestigious houses.
