The company
Founded in 2000 in Nogent-le-Rotrou (28), C. MÉTAL specializes in the manufacture of fine sheet metal and locksmithing parts, from one-offs to small and medium production runs. Thanks to a team of over 20 people, the company offers customized designs, drawn up by designers and produced by specialized technicians and operators.
Techniques
C. MÉTAL carries out a wide range of projects involving various processes, such as laser cutting of sheet metal and tubes, bending, profile working, MIG, MAG and TIG welding, grinding and sanding of welds. It uses state-of-the-art equipment, including a CNC punching machine, a laser cutting machine for sheet metal, a CNC bending machine, rolling machine, shearing machine and deburring machine.
More recently, a new, complementary area of activity has been added, incorporating a vertical numerical machining center, CN3 lathe, metrology bench and 3D control equipment.
The metals used are stainless steel, aluminum and epoxy steel.
A unique integration service is offered to integrate mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
