To bring the various projects to life, CLUB AFIROC’s shopfitter and fit-out member firms and their integrated design offices work closely with clients such as architects, interior designers, project owners, project managers for brands, and companies in the private and public sectors.

The designer encourages creativity while always keeping in mind the technical feasibility parameters and the project-specific deadline and budget constraints, so that the idea can be turned into an exemplary achievement.
Project management for furniture, finishing works for all trades or general contracting: CLUB AFIROC members offer project management and execution services for all trades/general contracting, unique furniture or concept deployment. They are experts in the constraints involved in carrying out projects on all types of sites, such as offices, shops, commercial agencies, restaurants and showrooms.
The companies specialize in public access buildings in all types of environments. As true partners to their clients, CLUB AFIROC’s designers manage projects at the commercial, technical, administrative and financial levels, while coordinating internal and external resources until the project is completed.
The most successful interior design projects are always the result of collaboration at every stage :
- Project managers are the main point of contact for clients and oversee each project from start to finish. Upstream, they advise clients and prepare quotes, while putting together teams. They supervise the design team until the furniture is delivered, installed and arranged in accordance with the specifications and deadlines. They come from recognized training programs in the fields of interior design and the wood, metalworking, architecture and craftsmanship industries.
- Audit and survey: Before starting any project, some CLUB AFIROC designers offer to carry out diagnostic assessments (PMR, safety, logistics), technical audits (electricity, HVAC, etc.) and measurement surveys.
- The design office, made up of draftspersons, technicians and layout surveyors, provides technical solutions for project specifications. They produce manufacturing and execution plans, as well as 2D and 3D summary and detailed plans. They help companies choose the best solution by listening carefully to their needs and proposing layout simulations that enhance the various spaces.
- Operations managers or site supervisors are responsible for carrying out the work, ensuring monitoring and coordination. They make certain that deadlines are met and that the quality of services is maintained. They coordinate and summarize exchanges between the various parties involved: designers, project managers, design offices, project managers and all the trades present on-site.
