Details of the completion guarantee
The completion guarantee is a mutual assistance agreement signed by all CLUB AFIROC members which ensures that, in the event of a member’s default, the contract will be continued by another member under the terms originally agreed.
The CLUB AFIROC completion guarantee is designed to protect project owners by ensuring that the project is completed as planned. The completion guarantee does not replace financial guarantees. The risk covered is industrial: it is an industrial response to an industrial problem.
CLUB AFIROC members can therefore make a commitment to project owners regarding the completion of the project, covering the manufacturing, assembly and installation phases.
A mutual assistance agreement between interior designers
CLUB AFIROC’s capabilities in research and development, design, manufacturing, installation, management and coordination of all types of construction projects provide each client with the assurance of complete professionalism. CLUB AFIROC’s operating structure guarantees each member complete independence in decision-making while allowing for solidarity and the sharing of resources on a temporary or permanent basis.
CLUB AFIROC members therefore sign a mutual assistance agreement which stipulates that, in the event of failure by one member, the contract will be continued by another member with the same expertise, under the same conditions. CLUB AFIROC’s commitment takes the form of a contract submitted to the project owner.

An industrial guarantee for an industrial challenge
This completion guarantee differs from the guarantees provided by banks in that it is an industrial commitment, which is not intended to compensate financially for damage, but to prevent it and enable the project to be completed as planned. The CLUB AFIROC completion guarantee is designed to prevent damage to project owners by enabling the project to be completed as planned. The completion guarantee does not replace financial guarantees. The risk covered is industrial: it is an industrial response to an industrial problem.
CLUB AFIROC members can thus make a commitment to project owners to complete the work entrusted to them. CLUB AFIROC is the only player in the market to make such a commitment to project owners and architects.
