ZACHARIE AGENCEMENT specializes in interior design for a variety of spaces, including retail chains, hotels, cultural venues, and commercial buildings. Today, the company generates 80% of its revenue from finishing work across all trades (TCE). ZACHARIE AGENCEMENT is recognized for its expertise in delivering projects ranging from the simplest to the most complex.
Its process is made up of different teams and departments:
Business managers in space planning who are the client’s sole point of contact and who ensure the smooth running of the project. Upstream, they advise clients and draw up quotes, while also putting together teams.
A design office with designers, technicians and layout surveyors who provide technical answers to furniture specifications or for carrying out general contracting work. The design office establishes the administrative procedures, manufacturing and execution plans, and 2D and 3D summary and detail plans.
Operations managers are responsible for carrying out the work by ensuring monitoring and coordination. They make certain that deadlines are met and the quality of services is maintained. They coordinate and summarize the exchanges between the various stakeholders: designers, the design office, project managers and with all the trades present on the site.
